Pets - Max 2 Allowed

One-time Pet Fee: $300 for 1st pet, $150 for 2nd pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $30 per pet

No Weight Limit

Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted. 

Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons
